The bed frame looks great and is of good quality, but there is a 4" gap between the bottom of the frame wood slats and the actual frame. We had to add our own 2" wide wooden slats to meet the mattress warranty requirements. It wasn't hard to do, but there were no written instructions, just pictures. The extra cost was around $50, but it's worth the money. Make sure to get slat material with beveled/rounded edges to prevent damage to the mattress. The box is very heavy and the contents inside can easily get damaged. Hope this helps someone buying this frame.
The bed arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. The box was heavy, but I found it easier to bring the pieces upstairs separately. I haven’t assembled it yet, as I’m painting my apartment first, but all parts seem to be included, with clear instructions. My daughter and son-in-law, who have experience assembling beds, will help me put it together. The bed is a beautiful beige/tan linen, exactly what I wanted. The headboard is about 47 inches tall, much taller than my current one, which is a plus. The padding on the headboard is fine, though some might find it a bit flat. Overall, it looks great and I’m excited to set it up. The bed was easy to assemble, taking my son-in-law about 30 minutes. The finished product looks great, and the headboard is the perfect height. It’s a beautiful bed, and I’m happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!
Shipping was faster than expected, arrived in one large box. Easy to assemble, sturdy frame without box spring. Happy with purchase, mattress shown is 14” high.
